Five-bit Digital Attenuator
The model AD280-25 GaAs IC FET five-bit digital attenuator operates over the frequency range from DC to 2 GHz and features a least significant bit of 0.5 dB and a total attenuation of 15.5 dB. Bit values are 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8 dB. The attenuator is designed for applications requiring high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss and low intermodulation, including cellular radio, wireless data, wireless local loop and other gain level control circuits. 75 W BNC/Switch Connector
This BNC/switch coaxial connector is a bulkhead, right-angle receptacle connector combined with an integral switch that features an impedance of 75 W and operates from 0 to 4 GHz with an SWR of 1.5. Flexible Coaxial Cable
The HELIAX“ VXL5-50 extra flexible 7/8-inch coaxial cable for wireless applications has a minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches and is suitable for continuous cable runs from the base station cabinet to the antenna as well as installation in difficult areas such as lift shafts, monopoles and collocated sites. The cable is 15 percent lighter than standard 7/8-inch cable products. Edge-mount SMA Connectors
These edge-mount surface-mount array (SMA) connectors fit on the end of a PC board and can be soldered directly to the board circuitry without drilling the boards. The connectors feature a compact base size that allows dense packaging (as close as 0.275" between centerlines). Constructed with stainless-steel bodies, Teflon“ and beryllium-copper contacts, the connectors are readily available to fit boards up to 0.62" thick, with units for thicker boards available on special order. All metal parts are gold plated to meet MIL-PRF-39012 requirements, and interface dimensions are per MIL-STD-348. Gold-plated brass bodies are also available for greater economy in commercial applications.

High Power Forced Air-cooled Loads
The Digital Air™ series forced air-cooled loads are optimized for UHF digital broadcast applications and offer low SWR of < 1.5 (typ) and < 1.1 (max) across the entire UHF DTV band of 470 to 890 MHz without any custom tuning. Other features include quiet operation, cool-to-the-touch exterior surfaces, ductable exhaust and the capability to handle high peak-to-average power ratios of > 10 dB (typ) of digital broadcast. Duplexer
The model PD5532 CDMA duplexer provides a 10 MHz window in the base transmit and base receive frequencies of the AMPS A-band cellular spectrum. Loss is < 1 dB, which maximizes sensitivity and effective radiated power. The unit employs two six-pole filters in a duplex configuration, two transmission zeroes in the transmit filter and a single transmission zero in the receive filter.

This diplexer provides low insertion loss with high harmonic rejection and passbands that can be tuned in the range of 37 to 39.5 GHz, with a bandwidth of 640 MHz and a transmit-to-receive spacing of 1260 MHz. Dual Concentric Attenuator
The model 50DR-087 attenuator covers a frequency range of DC to 2000 MHz with an attenuation range of 0 to 110 dB in 1 dB steps. Two-stage Power Hybrid Line
The HIT™ (high impedance technology) two-stage power hybrid line provides power amplification for applications traditionally covered by power transistors. The model SWX-A14S PIN diode switch is designed for high reliability and commercial applications and features a surface-mount package measuring only 1.00" x 0.55" x 0.25". IP3 is +35 dBm. Gain Equalizer
The model EARN2830K-01 gain equalizer minimizes the effects of loss slope, SWR ripple and overall system gain variation. Transceiver Harmonic Filter
The model 12086 filter is used to pass the C-band receiver frequencies of 3.7 to 4.2 GHz, with an insertion loss of 0.05 dB (typ) and 0.1 dB (max). The unit provides a minimum 50 dB rejection of the uplink frequencies of 5.9 to 6.4 GHz and an SWR of 1.1 across the entire passband. WR-229G flanges are standard, but other connectors are available. Microstrip Isolators
