RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a single-pole, three-throw (SP3T) switch. The Skyworks SKY13586-687LF offers versatility in low power applications such as WiFI, Bluetooth and WLAN systems operating between 2.4 and 2.5 GHz. Useful as an antenna T/R switch, the SKY13586-687LF offers excellent linearity (P0 .1dB of 29 dBm) with 35 dB of isolation and only 0.75 dB of insertion loss.

Two control lines offer a wide voltage range of 1.8 to 3.6 V without compromising power handling.

Skyworks provides the SKY13586-687LF in a 1.1 x1.1 mm package that integrates DC blocking capacitors thereby reducing required PCB space.
