Power and SWR Meter
The model FIT 1700 fast-installation tester covers the frequency band from 1700 to 2000 MHz and is designed to check mobile telephones in GSM and PCS1800/1900 networks. The RF power range is from 2 mW to 5 W with an accuracy of better than 1 dB. The separate RF head is inserted without long interconnection cables between the transmitter output of the mobile radio and antenna cable, thus avoiding additional measuring errors. The meter identifies automatically whether a CW analog RF signal or bursts from a cellular network are applied. The storage of maximum and minimum values permits the detection of intermittent faults. In case of a short circuit in the antenna or antenna cable, a red light-emitting diode provides a warning.

VXI Spectrum Analyzer
The model V9054 fully programmable spectrum analyzer is designed for use in versa module Eurocard computer bus extension for instrumentation (VXI) cellular production test systems. The 0.5 ppm frequency accuracy is accomplished via digital tuning that locks the synthesizer to the reference oscillator at each point in a sweep. Independent point markers simultaneously provide the absolute amplitude and frequency value of two points. A constant display of the delta values of these two points provides the user with an easy method of measuring power amplifier intermodulation distortion and other in-band and out-of-band characteristics of miscellaneous cellular RF components and assemblies. The synthesizer step time of less than 120 ms results in fast measurement speed, which directly affects product throughput. The 1.6 GHz analyzer has an amplitude range of -120 to +20 dBm with an absolute level accuracy of +/-0.5 dB.

Device Under Test Rotators
The 6100 series rotators are designed to accurately position devices under test, accommodate higher loads and provide a larger delivered torque without sacrificing accuracy. The units combine an improved rotating drive module with various housings and turntables to support a variety of measurement applications. The positioner components range from rotating and linear axis positioners to structural masts and arms with load ratings up to 200,000 lb. All motorized positioner axes can be interfaced to the company's standard controllers with a single cable per axis architecture.
