The model ADC-PD-0218 ultra-broadband power divider covers the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range and features good phase and amplitude balance across all eight output ports. Standard units operate over the full -54° to 85°C temperature range with good port-to-port tracking of +/-0.7 dB with an insertion loss of 13 dB (max). The model AV107-59 GaAs IC 35 dB voltage-variable attenuator is controlled by a single positive voltage. Bandpass/Band Reject YIG Filter
The model MR1819 bandpass/band reject yttrium iron garnet (YIG) filter consists of a dual four-stage bandpass YIG filter with a 3 dB bandwidth of 25 to 40 MHz as well as a six-stage band reject YIG filter to track the bandpass filter over the 2 to 6 GHz frequency range. The rejection bandwidth at 30 dB is 5 MHz increasing to 30 MHz with an off-resonance insertion loss of 1.5 dB. With a TTL of 0, the bandpass and band reject filters are active in the circuit. The filters are bypassed with a TTL of 1 achieving a 2 dB loss from 2 to 6 GHz. The unit can be integrated with an analog driver with 0 to 10 V control or 12 bit digital driver to tune the unit over its frequency range.

The SmartLoads series microwave power-sensing terminations offer straight-line linear performance over a wide dynamic range. The units are diode free, yet detect RMS signals with good clarity. The terminations are completely passive and, therefore, are not the source of intermodulation themselves. When used in conjunction with the company's Thermopads® and a bridge circuit, the units become insensitive to variation as temperature changes. High Performance Jumper Cables
The EC3 series jumper cables provide good electrical and mechanical performance along with reliable, long-term weather sealing. The units are available in both 0.5" high flexibility cable for use in in-the-shelter applications, and 0.5" standard flexibility cable for use in feeder-to-antenna applications. A full range of connectors are available, including 7-16 DIN, N and 7/8" EIA. The connectors feature a reflection coefficient of less than two percent up to 2.5 GHz, resulting in an SWR of 1.08. The connectors are attached using nonflush cut methods to eliminate copper particles in the interface. Both inner and outer contacts are spring loaded to maintain high contact pressure over time, resulting in long-term passive intermodulation levels of -150 dBc or better. All jumpers are 100 percent tested for SWR and insertion loss. The jumper cables are available in standard lengths of 3', 6', 8' and 10'.

Vertical Coaxial Remote Termination
The model 12-5005 coaxial remote termination features an SMA connector and coax cable up to 100" long and can be located anywhere in a system. The unit's low SWR allows higher isolation in circulators and greater directivity in couplers to be achieved. The termination is rated for 150 W CW at 100°C and has a typical SWR of 1.05 from DC to 2 GHz. The housing material is aluminum with silver plating for applications where improved intermodulation distortion specifications are required.

23 GHz Diplexer
This diplexer provides low insertion loss and good rejection. The passbands can be adjusted between 21.5 and 23.3 GHz with a transmit-to-receive spacing of 1200 MHz and bandwidth of 600 MHz. In addition, isolation between the channels exceeds 50 dB while insertion loss is typically less than 1 dB. Size: 5.3" x 1.1" in WR-42 waveguide.

11-bit Digital Microwave Attenuators
The 349 series 11-bit PIN diode attenuators cover the 1 to 18 GHz frequency range. The digitally controlled units operate over octave frequency bands, switch in less than 300 ns and are available in 64 and 80 dB versions with minimum step sizes of 0.03 and 0.04 dB, respectively. The attenuators operate over the temperature range of -40° to +85°C with a temperature coefficient of +/-0.025 dB/°C. Triple-output DC/DC Converters

Solid-state Programmable Attenuator
The model 50P-1238 digitally latched, solid-state programmable attenuator features an at-tenuation range of 63 dB in 1 dB steps over a frequency of 800 to 2100 MHz. Triaxial Pair Relay
The 7900 series triaxial pair relay is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 24 throws and can be used in several applications, including switching MIL-STD-1553 bus signals; routing emitter-coupled logic and audio pairs; low noise, low level switching using driven shield techniques; and very low leakage current measurements using semiconductor parameter analyzers. Mechanically Tunable CDMA Transmit Combiner
The model WSC2-00011 PCS-band mechanically tunable CDMA transmit combiner features a passband insertion loss of 1.5 dB (max) and passband-to-passband isolation of 30 dB (min) with a 1 CDMA carrier-to-carrier separation. The unit can be tuned to any CDMA carrier assignment within the PCS base transceiver station transmit frequency range of 1930 to 1990 MHz. This capability presents a particular advantage to multiple provider sites because CDMA carriers from several service providers can be placed on a single-sector transmit antenna, thus allowing expansion of the site without incurring the additional cost of installing antennas, feeder cables and zoning approvals. This satellite communications (SATCOM) compact dual-channel waveguide and coaxial rotary joint features a waveguide channel that operates from either 5.9 to 6.4 GHz or 7.8 to 8.4 GHz with an SWR of less than 1.2 and insertion loss of less than 0.2 dB. Three-way Power Divider
The model PDD-3N-2.3G three-way power divider is designed for high reliability and has no internal solder connections. The resistors and copper circuit pattern are etched in a metal film. In addition, the divider uses a low loss dielectric to achieve 0.20 dB insertion loss over a 26 percent bandwidth and provides isolation greater than 20 dB over the specified band. The unit operates over the 2.2 to 2.3 GHz and 2.4 to 2.5 GHz bands. Operating into matched loads, the divider operates up to 50 W CW. However, due to the power rating of the node resistors used in this specific design, operation must be limited to 1 W CW for fail-safe operation at maximum load SWRs of 2. 80:20 Unequal Power Splitters
The DG-54 series unequal power splitters are designed to split high power cellular signals in the ratio of 80:20. The units combine the low loss benefits of the reactive two-way power splitter with the unequal split nature of the directional coupler. In addition, the units feature minimal reflections and good reliability. The power splitters' mechanical shape also allows simple attachment to a wall or ceiling using clips or clamps.

The model MDC1089A phase-adjustable in-line adapter offers a precise means of phase adjustment over the frequency range of DC to 4 GHz. By turning a phase adjustment nut, the user can create a small increment change in cable length and hence, phase up to a maximum of 40° at 4 GHz. Cellular and PCS SWR Alarm Modules
The models 8460-N1 (Advanced Mobile Telephone System band) and 8480-N1 (PCS band) low cost SWR monitors are designed for use in cell site transmit antenna cables. The units continuously measure RMS forward and reflected RF power and trigger an internal SPDT form C latching alarm relay and alarm light-emitting diode when the antenna SWR exceeds a user-adjustable threshold. The alarm level can be set from 1.2 to 2.5. The units also feature a one-second alarm activation time that eliminates false alarms due to rapidly fluctuating RF transmit power. The alarm modules are equipped with built-in, dual-directional sampling couplers for monitoring the transmit line.

Broadband, High Performance Microwave Mixers

These INMARSAT phase shifters for phased-array applications are available as three- or four-bit units in switched-line designs. (Individual bit values vary linearly vs. frequency.) Surface-mount Ceramic Trimmer Capacitors
The 513 series ceramic trimmer capacitors (part of the company's VARI-THIN® line) feature a capacitance of 1 to 3 pF to 15 to 60 pF, voltage rating of 100 V DC from -55° to +85°C and tape-and-reel packaging. In addition, torque is 4 to 20 oz/in and three basic terminal configurations are provided.
