The New 300 W/400 W Second Generation GaN based X-Band SapphireBlu™ systems provide very high linearity and high power density in a compact size. With a weatherproof construction, these units are perfectly suited for solid communications in the harshest of environments.

These new SSPAs provide an impressive 60 percent increase in linearity over the previous generation Solid State Technology while reducing the size and energy consumption by more than 50 percent. Designed to me mounted on ruggedized military trailers, these are a direct replacement for 750 W TWTs, fully compliant with the latest versions of Mil-Std-810G.”
