RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for two highly selective, LowDriftä BAW filters created for Band 3 uplink and downlink applications.

Qorvo’s TQQ0303 provides 75 MHz of usable bandwidth and up to 1 W power handling for Band 3 downlink applications.

The Qorvo TQQ0302 offers similar bandwidth and power handling for Band 3 uplink.

Both TQQ0303 and TQQ0302 offer single-input, single-output operation. No external matching components are required which simplifies circuit design.  These filters are offered in a 3 x 3 mm SMT package.
