Promex Industries, in the heart of Silicon Valley, recently acquired Quik-Pak, located in Southern California. Quik-Pak specializes in air cavity QFN assembly for MW/RF applications. Quik-Pak recently expanded its packaging and assembly operation to include higher volume transfer molding and wafer processing capabilities. The air cavity QFN packages provide a fast, inexpensive solution for prototype to full production needs. Promex is known for the caliber of its engineering staff and complete assembly services including SMT with direct chip attach and overmolded packaging assembly. Together, the facilities are ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified, ITAR and FDA Title 21 Part 820 compliant.
