GaAs MMIC SPST Switches
The model AS123-12 GaAs MMIC SPST switch features high isolation of 45 dB at 0.9 GHz and 52 dB at 1.9 GHz as well as low insertion loss. The unit offers single positive control voltage and +5 V operation. When used with the company's model AS148-24 SPDT switch, the unit represents a building block for base station applications where synthesizer isolation is critical. The AS148-24 GaAs IC SPDT switch offers positive voltage control, high isolation of 50 dB at 0.9 GHz and 50 dB at 1.9 GHz and low power consumption. The switches meet Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) synthesizer isolation requirements for the 0.8 to 2 GHz frequency range. Broadband, Miniature SP10T Switch
The model MSN-10DR/DT-05 SP10T switch covers the frequency band of 0.5 to 18 GHz and is available in either reflective or absorptive versions. Insertion loss is 4.5 dB (max), SWR is 2 (max) and isolation is 60 dB (min) at 2 GHz and 70 dB (min) at 18 GHz. Switching speed is 75 ns (typ) for both delay on and delay off. Power supplies are +/-5 V with a positive current draw of 500 mA (max) and a negative current draw of 100 mA (max). Control is TTL compatible. Size: 5.0" x 1.5" x 0.4". 10-bit, 32-Msps ADC
The model AD9202 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) features on-chip sample and hold, an internal voltage reference and a built-in DC-restore clamp function, all of which ease the design of both video and communications systems. Users can select a variety of input ranges and offsets and can drive the input either single ended or differentially. While the unit has an on-board programmable reference, an external reference can also be chosen to suit the accuracy and temperature drift requirements of the intended application. The ADC's wide 2.7 to 5.5 V operating range and low power 90 mW operation fit any battery or power supply configuration for both portable and stationary system applications. The unit, which is supplied in a space-saving 28-pin SSOP package, is specified over the commercial temperature range (0° to +70°C). Price: $4.97 (1000).

SMA Coaxial Flange-mounted Connectors
The model 3134-1 SMA female, four-hole flange-mounted connector is constructed of gold-plated stainless steel and may be soldered directly to the cable. The unit is designed for use with 0.047" dia, M17/-151 semirigid cable. The model 3135-1 connector is a two-hole equivalent unit that may be used in tighter spaces. In addition, the models 3206-1-1 (four-hole) and 3246-1-1 (two-hole) for 0.141" dia, and 3206-2-1 (four-hole) and 3246-2-1 (two-hole) for 0.085" dia solder on semirigid. High Power Attenuators
These compact, high power attenuators feature a lossy wall to assure a flat frequency response as well as an even power distribution for higher power capabilities. Waveguide sizes from WR650 to WR22 with various power levels are available. The addition of an external fan will make these units capable of even higher power levels. The devices also may be pressurized to assist in high power pulsed applications.
5P4T Multichannel Backup Switch
The model 4D5 high power 5P4T backup switch is designed for cell site amplifier switching. The unit is available in configurations that can be adapted to meet requirements that exceed 5 x 4 applications and features multiple inputs and outputs with one redundant output. The unit connects multiple amplifiers with multiple signal sources to the output of multiple amplifiers and antennas. The switch operates from DC to 3 GHz with an insertion loss of 0.20 dB (max), isolation of 60 dB (min) and SWR of 1.2 (max). Switching time is 15 ms and power handling is 50 W CW. Aluminum Nitride Substrate Flange-mount Resistors

Dual Two-channel Combiner
The model AY-F04S combiner operates over the full operating frequency of 851 to 866 MHz with the capability to combine four 70 W (avg) power transmitter channels at any frequency in the band, of any phase and amplitude, into two individual antenna outputs. The combiner makes reconfiguring transmitter and antenna base station systems easier, resulting in increased channel capacity. The unit provides high isolation at 65 dB between transmitter (input) channels and 55 dB (min) from the antenna (output) port to any transmitter input port. Filtering is provided, resulting in a second harmonic rejection of at least 55 dB over the 1702 to 1732 MHz frequency range. Insertion loss is 3.8 dB (max) from any transmitter input to the antenna output port. Dissipated power is internally absorbed and convection cooled with a large finned area with a total package size of 2.2" x 10.0" x 7.1". Intended for use in either CDMA or TDMA applications, the combiner is tested to a third-order intermodulation specification of -70 dBc (min) with two 150 W carriers with a channel separation of 25 kHz. The combiner is designed to handle 300 W (peak) with 60 W CW reflected power from the antenna port and is supplied with type N connectors.

The model SB-60/12 surface-mount filter is constructed with an FR-4 substrate and plastic shell, resulting in a high value, low cost solution. The unit is available in 50 or 75 W impedance and centered at 60 MHz. Specifications include an insertion loss of 2 dB (max), SWR of 1.5 (typ), 0.5 dB bandwidth of 9 MHz (min) and 3 dB bandwidth of 15 MHz (min). In addition, minimum rejection is 25, 15, 20 and 45 dB at 35, 45, 75 and 85 MHz, respectively, and ultimate rejection is 40 dB to 2500 MHz.

DC - 18 GHz SMA Connectors
The LoPro series connectors feature a low profile, which makes installation in space-restricted areas easier. The right-angle connectors can be specified in combination with the company's UTiFLEX™ series flexible cable with a diameter of 0.092". The units reduce the height required for a right-angle SMA connector and cable assembly to 0.498" above the connection plane, and operate without moding from DC to 18 GHz with an SWR of 1.2 (max). When combined with the company's UTiFLEX UFF 092 flexible cable, the connectors provide a good alternative to semirigid cable assemblies in any application and eliminate the need to specify cable assembly orientations on engineering drawings.
High Power Splitters
The Dx-9TD series high power two-, three- and four-way splitters are designed for both PCS and digital communications system (DCS)-1800 base station applications. The units feature low loss and 500 W (max) average power capability. The model D3-9TD three-way power splitter splits high power cellular signals evenly with minimal reflections. With only a few solder joints and an air dielectric, loss is minimized and reliability is enhanced. The units are designed for a bandwidth of 1700 to 2000 MHz with 0.1 dB (max) loss, -140 dBc intermodulation performance and 7-16 mm DIN connectors. The model DO3316HC power inductor is designed for high current, low voltage DC-DC converter applications. The unit is available in seven values with inductance ratings from 0.33 to 3.3 mH. The unit measures 0.25" high and has good low DC resistance due to the use of heavier gauge wire. The operating temperature range is from -40° to +85°C. 100 MHz - 18 GHz Combline and Interdigital Filters

Low SWR Jumpers
The SWR FLEXWELL" series jumper assemblies are designed for PCS applications. Using the jumpers, PCS operators can pass transmission line sweep tests the first time, preventing construction testing delays. Each jumper assembly is 100 percent tested for input SWR that is guaranteed to be better than 1.08 (28.3 dB (min) return loss) across the 1850 to 1990 MHz range. The jumpers are waterproof and are available in special lengths to meet installation needs. Ceramic Dielectric Trimmer Capacitors
The GKU_ _ _10 series ceramic dielectric trimmer capacitors are designed for consumer and industrial applications that require a 5 mm-size trimmer for a two-hole printed circuit mounting layout. 280 MHz WLAN SAW Filters
The models 855392 and 855393 wireless local area network (WLAN) surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters are centered at 280 MHz and are designed to achieve the low passband and group delay variation required for 2.4 GHz industrial, scientific and medical (ISM)-band digital communications applications. The model 855392 filter features a 3 dB bandwidth of 17 MHz and a typical bandwidth of 21 MHz. Stopband attenuation is set at 40 dB with a specified bandwidth of 60 MHz and a typical bandwidth of 33 MHz. Passband ripple of 1 dB and group delay of 100 ns can be achieved with proper matching. Insertion loss is specified at 10 dB (max) with a typical value of 7 dB. The model 855393 filter features a specified 3 dB bandwidth of 34 MHz (min) with a typical value of 38.5 MHz. Stopband rejection is specified at 40 dB and the 40 dB bandwidth is specified at 60 MHz (max) with a typical value of 50 MHz. Passband ripple is 1 dBm (max) with typical value of 0.4 dB. The group delay specification is set at 75 ns (max) with a typical value of 50 ns.
The model TEI 105-1816 impedance-matching adapter is available with both male and female inputs and outputs for BNC- or TNC-type coax and TRB or TRT triax cable. The frequency range is up to 500 MHz. 7-16 RF Coaxial Connectors and Cable Assemblies
These 7-16 connectors and cable assemblies are designed for use in high power communication systems. The series includes plugs, jacks and panel receptacles; between-series, in-series, T-style and right-angle adapters; and combination connectors that can be assembled in either straight or right-angle styles. The connectors feature a 7-16 panel receptacle with an N connector footprint to save panel space and are available individually or as complete cable assemblies from 0.141" up to 0.875" in varying lengths. IF SAW Filters
The models TFH325A and TFH240A low loss, IF SAW filters are designed for WLAN applications. The units are fully compliant with IEEE 802.11 for 2.4 GHz WLAN applications and provide good insertion loss with a low group delay variation. Center frequencies of 240 and 325 MHz are available with 2 Mbps data rates. The units are packaged in a 7 x 5 mm leadless chip carrier.
Medium-power Fixed Coaxial Attenuator
The model 37 medium-power fixed coaxial attenuator is optimized for wireless original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and test applications and is designed to meet the environmental requirements of MIL-A-3933. The 10 W unit operates over the DC to 8.5 GHz frequency range with a nominal impedance of 50 W and operating temperature range from -55° to 125°C.
