GaAs MMIC SPST Switches
The model AS123-12 GaAs MMIC SPST switch features high isolation of 45 dB at 0.9 GHz and 52 dB at 1.9 GHz as well as low insertion loss. The unit offers single positive control voltage and +5 V operation. When used with the company's model AS148-24 SPDT switch, the unit represents a building block for base station applications where synthesizer isolation is critical. The AS148-24 GaAs IC SPDT switch offers positive voltage control, high isolation of 50 dB at 0.9 GHz and 50 dB at 1.9 GHz and low power consumption. Broadband, Miniature SP10T Switch
The model MSN-10DR/DT-05 SP10T switch covers the frequency band of 0.5 to 18 GHz and is available in either reflective or absorptive versions. 10-bit, 32-Msps ADC
The model AD9202 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) features on-chip sample and hold, an internal voltage reference and a built-in DC-restore clamp function, all of which ease the design of both video and communications systems. Users can select a variety of input ranges and offsets and can drive the input either single ended or differentially. While the unit has an on-board programmable reference, an external reference can also be chosen to suit the accuracy and temperature drift requirements of the intended application. SMA Coaxial Flange-mounted Connectors
The model 3134-1 SMA female, four-hole flange-mounted connector is constructed of gold-plated stainless steel and may be soldered directly to the cable. The unit is designed for use with 0.047" dia, M17/-151 semirigid cable. The model 3135-1 connector is a two-hole equivalent unit that may be used in tighter spaces. Dual Two-channel Combiner
The model AY-F04S combiner operates over the full operating frequency of 851 to 866 MHz with the capability to combine four 70 W (avg) power transmitter channels at any frequency in the band, of any phase and amplitude, into two individual antenna outputs. The combiner makes reconfiguring transmitter and antenna base station systems easier, resulting in increased channel capacity. The unit provides high isolation at 65 dB between transmitter (input) channels and 55 dB (min) from the antenna (output) port to any transmitter input port. Filtering is provided, resulting in a second harmonic rejection of at least 55 dB over the 1702 to 1732 MHz frequency range. Insertion loss is 3.8 dB (max) from any transmitter input to the antenna output port. Dissipated power is internally absorbed and convection cooled with a large finned area with a total package size of 2.2" x 10.0" x 7.1". Intended for use in either CDMA or TDMA applications, the combiner is tested to a third-order intermodulation specification of -70 dBc (min) with two 150 W carriers with a channel separation of 25 kHz. The combiner is designed to handle 300 W (peak) with 60 W CW reflected power from the antenna port and is supplied with type N connectors.

Surface-mount Filter
The model SB-60/12 surface-mount filter is constructed with an FR-4 substrate and plastic shell, resulting in a high value, low cost solution. The unit is available in 50 or 75 W impedance and centered at 60 MHz. DC - 18 GHz SMA Connectors
The LoPro series connectors feature a low profile, which makes installation in space-restricted areas easier. The right-angle connectors can be specified in combination with the company's UTiFLEX™ series flexible cable with a diameter of 0.092". The units reduce the height required for a right-angle SMA connector and cable assembly to 0.498" above the connection plane, and operate without moding from DC to 18 GHz with an SWR of 1.2 (max). High Power Splitters

Power Inductor
The model DO3316HC power inductor is designed for high current, low voltage DC-DC converter applications. The unit is available in seven values with inductance ratings from 0.33 to 3.3 mH. Low SWR Jumpers
