RMS step error is <0.3dB while RMS attenuation error is <0.6dB. Input IP3 for Qorvo’s digital step attenuator is rated at >36dBm. Along with the TGL2616-SM packaged as a 4x4mm QFN, Qorvo offers the TGL2616 as a DIE version of this device. Vc is 5V / 0V for the TGL2616-SM while the TGL2616Vc is 3V / 0V.
