CDMA Cellular System Measurement Software
The model MX260002A code-division multiple access (CDMA) cellular system measurement software allows CDMA mobile and base station tests to be performed with the company's MS2650/MS2660 spectrum analyzers. The software can be downloaded to any MS2650/MS2660 series spectrum analyzer. The automated software program sets up measurement softkeys when the program is executed and incorporates a user-friendly menu. The software also allows the frequency to be specified by the user. A CDMA signal's RF parameter can be measured to IS-97- and IS-98-specified limits with the software. Measurements that can be made using the spectrum analyzers are channel power, adjacent-channel power, occupied bandwidth, in-band and out-of-band transmit spurious, receive spurious, gated power and time response of open-loop power control. Price: $1100. Delivery: four to six weeks (ARO).

Active Physical Device Simulation Software
This active physical device simulation software helps engineers speed up and improve the accuracy of MESFET and high electron mobility transistor device designs used in MMICs and other high frequency ICs. When the software is combined with the company's system, circuit and electromagnetic simulation and layout tools, the physical device simulation capability provides a complete solution for MMIC design. The software runs on UNIX" system platforms from HP and Sun. Price: $55,000 (includes two days of on-site consulting and training).
