SP4T Nonreflective Switch
The model AS115-61 high isolation, SP4T nonreflective switch operates with 0 and -3 V or -5 V over the DC to 2 GHz frequency range. The switch delivers low insertion loss of 0.7 dB at 0.9 GHz with high isolation of 50 dB at 0.9 GHz, making it suitable for use in cellular base station switch matrices. The unit is supplied in a LQFP-32 plastic package.

The model MSN-32DR/DT-05 SP32T switch covers the frequency band of 0.5 to 18 GHz and is available in either reflective or absorptive versions. Insertion loss is 7.5 dB (max), SWR is 2 (max) and isolation is 60 dB (min) at 2 GHz and 70 dB (min) at 18 GHz (80 to 90 dB (typ)). Coaxial Bulkhead Adapters
The models 112532 and 122380 BNC and TNC bulkhead adapters allow for quick connection to cable jacks. The back-end design allows cable jacks to slide on quick and easy, making it suitable for field test procedures. TNC/BNC cable jacks are interchangeable with either adapter. The bodies are nickel plated with Teflon insulators and gold contacts.
60 Msps ADC
The model AD9051 10 bit, 60 Msps analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is designed for use in medical imaging, digital communications and cable television set-top boxes. The unit runs from a single +5 V supply and consumes 250 mW. Additional features include on-chip track and hold as well as a voltage reference. PCB-mount Miniature Switches
These DC to 3 GHz miniature switches include SP2T failsafe, transfer and bypass models. Designed to be PCB mounted, these 50 W impedance switches with actuating voltages of 12 or 28 V DC are suitable for use in microstrip applications. Chip-based Flange Terminations
These chip-based flange terminations are designed to handle high power while featuring a lower cost than typical rod-based equivalents. The model 42-1064 unit handles 10 W and features a socket contact, and the model 42-1065 unit also handles 10 W and features a tab contact. Both terminations are suitable for use from DC to 3 GHz.

Noiseless DC Heaters
The HD series DC heaters are designed for military applications and are fully screened to MIL-STD-883 with all-metal packaging, which eliminates the cracking, lead damage and thermal problems associated with berrylia-based heaters. The compact 0.750" x 0.500" x 0.185" units contain sensing, control and power circuitry. The 50° to 130°C temperature setting requires a single external resistor. The heaters' switching is sufficiently damped to prevent inducing noise spurs in the sensitive circuitry of surface acoustic wave (SAW) and yttrium iron garnet (YIG) oscillators.

The model S1P-69-3-3JH SP1T absorptive PIN diode switch operates from 2 to 18 GHz and is designed for high speed pulse modulation applications. Across the entire band SWR is < 2, insertion loss is < 3 dB and isolation is > 80 dB. The switch is capable of handling 0.5 W CW of RF power and operates on +5/-15 V DC at +/-50 mA power supply. Surface-mount PIN Diode Switch
The model SWX-A09S switch module offers high power-handling capability in a small surface-mount package. The 1.55" x 1.75" x 0.40" switch operates at a frequency range of 130 to 155 MHz and has a switching speed of 20 ms (typ). Isolation is 20 dB (min) with an SWR of 1.5 (nom) at the highest power. The model SB-60/6 surface-mount filter is available in 50 or 75 W impedances and is centered at 60 MHz. Specifications include a 6 MHz (min) 0.5 dB bandwidth, 10 MHz (min) 3 dB bandwidth, insertion loss of 2.5 dB (max) and SWR of 1.5 (typ). Minimum rejection is 25 dB at 45 MHz, 17 dB at 50 MHz, 20 dB at 70 MHz and 40 dB at 75 MHz. Ultimate rejection is 40 dB to 2500 MHz. Size: 1.00" x 0.25" x 0.28". Low Profile, Right-angle SMA Connectors
The LoPro series low profile, right-angle connectors reduce the height required for a right-angle SMA connector and cable assembly to 0.498" above the connection plane. The units operate without moding from DC to 18 GHz and have an SWR of 1.2 (max). The connectors can be specified with the company's UTiFLEX series flexible cables with diameters of 0.092", providing a combination that serves as a good alternative to semirigid cable assemblies in any application. The units eliminate the need to specify cable assembly orientations on engineering drawings along with the cable forming required by semirigid cables.
High Power DC Block
The 500 W model HR-D22 high power DC block designed for VHF, UHF and cellular base stations provides DC and low frequency isolation of both inner and outer conductors while permitting unimpeded flow of RF signals. Similar models (HR-D08 and HR-D24) provide the same isolation but in the inner or outer conductor only. With a bandwidth that extends from 132 to 900 MHz, the unit is suitable for applications that require blocking of current surges that can occur on the surface during lightening storms and in subway tunnels when trains pass.
28.16 - 28.37 GHz Notch Filter
The model 12219 notch filter suppresses unwanted carriers contained in the output of the mixer in local multipoint distribution service (LMDS) transmitters and allows the broadcast of the desired 28.16 to 28.37 GHz passband. The unit has a notch frequency of 27.91 GHz and attenuation of 55 dB (min). Insertion loss is 0.5 dB (max) with a return loss of 16 dB (min) and ripple of 0.5 dB (p-p). Input level is -20 dBm (max), operating temperature is 0° to 50°C and humidity is 99 percent noncondensing. The unit is equipped with WR28 cover flanges. 5 - 1000 MHz Directional Coupler
The model JDC-10-4 directional coupler operates over the frequency range of 5 to 1000 MHz and delivers 10.5 +/-0.5 nominal coupling with +/-0.6 dB flatness. Thick-film Chip Resistors
These thick-film chip resistors and resistor arrays are available with 0.1 percent absolute tolerances and ratio tolerances. 3.5 x 6.0 mm Surface-mount Crystals

Multi-octave Band Reject YIG Filter
The model M1743R band reject YIG filter is composed of eight stages covering the frequency range from 1 to 12 GHz. Out-of-band insertion loss is 1.5 dB (typ) with tuning sensitivity of 24 MHz/mA (typ). At 1, 8 and 12 GHz, rejection bandwidth is 5 MHz at 20 dB, 50 MHz at 40 dB and 100 MHz at 40 dB, respectively.

Miniature EMI Filters
The 4300 and 4400 series electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters are available in solder-mount or threaded bushing styles with capacitance values from 5 to 50,000 pF and an insertion loss of up to 70 dB at 1 GHz.
