GaAs SPDT Switch
The model AS125-73 SPDT GaAs IC switch is designed for use in dual-band/dual-mode digital handsets that require low voltage operation. The SHR series surface-mount inductors are designed to replace through-hole radial- and axial-leaded high current inductors. All components in the series are based on the same 0.44" (1.12 cm) square footprint with four different profile heights correlating to amperage, including 0.20", 0.32", 0.42" and 0.52" Inductances range from 1 to 10 mH in the smallest-current/smallest-profile group and from 1 to 1000 mH in the highest current group. Type N RF Coaxial Connectors

26 - 40 GHz Isolator and Circulator
The models D3I2640 and D3C2640 isolator and circulator cover the 26 to 40 GHz frequency range and are designed for use in wireless commercial communications applications. Drop-in Coaxial Isolators and Circulators
These coaxial isolators and circulators operate over a frequency range of 200 MHz to 18 GHz with octave bandwidths available for coaxial types. SMA female connectors and 1 W loads are standard. Digitally Controlled, Miniature PIN Diode Attenuator
The model 1761 miniaturized, digitally controlled PIN diode attenuator covers the 2 to 18 GHz instantaneous frequency range. The unit measures 1.34" square x 0.50" and provides a monotonic attenuation range of 60 dB with 7 bit solution and 1 ms switching speed. The attenuator is an integrated assembly of a dual PIN diode attenuator and a driver circuit, comprising a digital/analog (D/A) converter and voltage-to-current converter. In addition, the unit is fully temperature compensated, weighs approximately 1 oz and is configured with SMA female RF connectors and a multipin connector for logic and power. The RF circuit comprises two wideband, T-pad attenuator sections in tandem. The levels of series and shunt currents required to maintain bilateral match at all frequencies are provided by the driver, assuring monotonicity over the full operating band at all levels of attenuation and for any programmed attenuation step. Miniature T/R Switch
The model HMC195 transmit/receive (T/R) switch supplied in a six-lead SOT-26 package is designed for use in switching applications that require high linearity and low insertion loss. The switch controls signals from DC to 3 GHz and is especially suited for 900 MHz, 1.8 to 2.2 GHz and 2.4 GHz industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) T/R applications. The small SOT-26 footprint is suitable for Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) wireless card and cellular handset applications. The 0.5 dB insertion loss and 25 dB isolation are ideal for filter and receiver switching. By selecting the proper control bias, a 1 dB compression point (P1dB) of +36 dBm and input third-order intercept point (IP3) of +62 dBm are achievable. Dual control inputs, compatible with CMOS and most TTL logic families, require voltages of 0/+3 to +8 V while consuming little DC current. A higher linearity version offered in an MSOP eight-lead package also is available.

The model RCC-0402PWXXXXJ surface-mount chip resistor is designed with partial-wrap platinum silver solder-coated terminations for solder attachment. The unit operates at 36 GHz with an SWR of 1.4. High Speed Digital Attenuator
The model MIC-A92S digital attenuator offers high speed switching at 30 or 60 MHz. A high speed of 50 ns at IFs makes the unit suitable for use in radar applications. Phase variation is +/-0.7° over most of the attenuation range, which is 0 to 96 dB in 0.375 dB steps. The model 76A00 coaxial relay incorporates a built-in RF or video amplifier, which is convenient when assembling nonblocking matrices or when a gain block is needed in conjunction with a coaxial relay. The module is self terminating, allowing it to mate with power splitters (which always need to be terminated). The unit can be used independently or incorporated in the company’s 11600 controller chassis, which provides RS-232, RS-422, IEEE-488 and keypad control. The relay’s DC to 800 MHz frequency response makes it ideal for switching wideband RF/IF or fast-rise video/pulse signals.

High Power Splitters

These high intermodulation performance isolators feature a built-in 20 dB attenuator as the load for precise reflected power detection. The high intermodulation performing unit provides a good –85 to –90 dBc intermodulation level with two 25 W (each) carriers (10 MHz separated). Low Profile RF Transformers
The FSDVL series RF transformers are designed in a low profile package for hand-held wireless equipment. The units’ surface-mount package measures 5.1 mm square x 2.5 mm. The self-resonant frequency extends up to 100 MHz and the inductance ranges from 1 to 500 mH. Designed originally as fixed inductors, the units have been reconfigured to operate as RF transformers in a noiseless feedback amplifier circuit. RF Coaxial Cable Assemblies
These RF coaxial cable assemblies feature high shielded or standard RG cables and custom configurations in sizes from 0.110" to 1.200" OD.
