BGA6130RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for NXP’s BGA6130, a single stage MMIC amplifier offering 1 W (30 dBm) output power. Driven from a single, 3.6 V supply, the BGA6130 draws only 70 mA of current. Typical gain is approximately 15 dB and efficiencies >55% are achievable.

The NXP BGA6130 features a simple quiescent current adjustment allowing class AB operation and a logic-level shutdown control to reduce supply current to 4 microamps. Activating the power down feature greatly enhances receiver sensitivity in transceiver applications. Ideal for ISM applications at 434 and 915MHz, this externally matched amplifier also serves WLAN, WiFi and small cell designs.

The NXP BGA6130 is packaged in a 3x3mm DFN plastic package. An evaluation kit is available to minimize design time.
