3H Communication Systems is led by Founder & CEO Dr. Purna C. Subedi, who has over 20 years of leadership experience in the RF and Microwave field with both technical and business expertise. Prior to working as the Chief Technology Officer at Lark Engineering, Dr. Subedi was the chief scientist at Powerwave Technologies where he invented and created numerous award winning and disruptive technologies including the products that won both the 1st and 2nd places in 2011 CTIA Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Award in the Infrastructure field while simultaneously directing groups in multiple countries leading to numerous patent publications (US 08228136, US 20110241801-A1, US 61/531,306, US20130285765, etc) . Previously, he was with Filtronic Comtek where he was instrumental in developing, implementing and launching many products including high power microwave cavity filters, diplexers, multiplexers as well as many integrated products launching and transferring products to overseas high volume manufacturing sites with total revenues reaching in billions over the years. Previous to joining Filtronic, he worked as an R&D engineer at Allen Telecom (Andrew Corporation/CommScope) for five years where he developed many high volume filter products. Dr. Subedi holds a current US top secret security clearance.
