ADI - Larry Hawkins
As the RF Business Development Manager for Analog Devices, Larry Hawkins matches RF technology to the needs of the industry. He looks at future RF needs and develops ways ADI can solve problems in Wireless infrastructure, Instrumentation, Military, Aerospace, Building Control and Automation, and Security and Surveillance.

Prior to Joining Analog Devices, Larry held a variety of engineering, engineering management, marketing, and applications positions at Aeroflex and L3 Communications. In these positions, he participated in the emergence and growth of the commercial wireless industry. Larry most recently spent 7 years as an applications manager in the RF Group at Analog Devices.  

After almost two decades in the RF industry, he brings a deep understanding of the technical and market trends in the RFIC sector. Larry holds a BSEE degree from the University of Utah with an emphasis on RF and Microwave. .

Carlisle Interconnect Technologies - Amar Ganwani
Amar Ganwani is the RF/Microwave Product Manager at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, and oversees its Microwave Connectors, Cable Assemblies, and High-Density Interconnect product offerings. Amar has a well-established background in Product Management within RF & Microwave Companies. In his 14-year career, he has held Product Management positions at Test & Measurement companies including Anritsu, LeCroy and Maury Microwave in which he has helped identify new product opportunities and launched commercially successful test solutions for the wireless and defense markets.

Amar holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

Empower RF Systems - Jon Jacocks
Jon is the President and CEO of Empower RF Systems. He joined Empower in November 2007 as the company’s first VP of Sales and served in that capacity until transitioning into the CEO role in January 2013. Since joining the company, Jon has led the development of sales and marketing strategy, engagements with new and strategic customers, building internal resources, and the development of Empower’s world-wide Rep channel (and RFPD relationship).

An industry veteran, Jon started his career with Avantek in Santa Clara, CA and held positions of increasing responsibilities at HP, Agilent, and Avago Technologies as that succession of business transitions took place following the HP acquisition of Avantek and rebranding of RF components and semiconductor products over the following years. Jon is a former Army officer, BSIE from North Carolina State and MBA from Virginia Tech.

Freescale – Leonard Pelletier
Leonard Pelletier provides Application Support for Freescale RF in Tempe, AZ and he provides technical assistance to the amplifier design community. He has been with the company since 1995 working in this position supporting any and all RF applications. Prior to his work with RF components, Mr. Pelletier held amplifier design engineering positions with both the Motorola Cellular Infrastructure Group in Arlington Heights, Ill and the Motorola RF Products Division in Torrance, CA.

Mr. Pelletier received a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BSECE) from California State Poly technical University, (Cal Poly) Pomona, CA in 1983 and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA in 1988. He is also a state registered Professional Engineer and has been working in the high power RF arena since 1983.

Huber + Suhner - Stephanie Jarno
As Field Application engineer, Stephanie Jarno provides expertise on communication and power interconnect solutions. Radio frequency, fiber optic and DC power connections are daily business. Work with high speed digital testing is an area of special expertise.

Prior to joining HUBER+SUHNER, Inc., Stephanie Jarno worked at HUBER+SUHNER headquarter in Switzerland as an R+D project engineer. While there, she first specialized in the development of new and innovative microwave components and later worked as an RF Application Engineer for the transportation market. Stephanie is currently at the leading edge of trends for RF interconnects, with the depth of her experience and the relationships she has with industry leaders.

Stephanie holds a MSEE from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Rennes (France).

MACOM – Tom Kole
Tom received his BS and MS in Applied Physics from John Carroll University and his MBA in strategic marketing from Santa Clara University.  Over his career Tom has worked in multiple technical and business development roles including: Reliability Manager at ITT Industries and Stanford Microdevices, Strategic Business Unit Director - Aerospace and Defense at Sirenza Microdevices, Co-Founder of Shadow MicroTek, Director of North American Sales at Nitronex, and he is currently Product Line Manager for GaN on Silicon Products at MACOM.

Microsemi – Jerry W. Chang
As Director of Transistor Solutions for the Microsemi RFIS Division, Jerry manages the Transistor Solutions Business Unit and leads the Product Development team designing state-of-the-art high power transistor products utilizing Si BJT, SiC SIT, and GaN HEMT technologies for Radar, Avionics, ISM, and Communication markets.

Prior to joining Microsemi, Jerry worked in engineering, business development and product line manager for Signal Technology, Watkins-Johnson, and CTT, inc. In these positions, Jerry has been intimately involved in a wide verity of GaAs based RF/Microwave components, amplifier, and subsystem designs, technology development, business strategy formulation, and volume manufacturing operation.

Jerry holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University, an MSEE degree from UC San Diego, California, and a BSEE degree from Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.

Peregrine - Srikanth Sridharan
Srikanth Sridharan is a Product Manager at Peregrine Semiconductor with over 13 years of experience in product management, applications engineering, RF systems engineering and RFIC design. He is responsible for launching new RF SOI products into multiple markets including wireless infrastructure, portable / mobile radio and wireless connectivity. In his 6 years at Peregrine, Srikanth also managed a corporate applications engineering team that interfaced with customers worldwide on a variety of products including RF switches, digital step attenuators, and PLL frequency synthesizers for wireless infrastructure, mobile, and space applications. Prior to his employment with Peregrine, Srikanth served in RF systems engineering and RFIC design roles with MTI Laboratory, Inc. and IBM Microelectronics. A published author and contributor to several industry publications, Srikanth received both a B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. from the University of California, San Diego. 

Skyworks – David Seed
As a Product Marketing Manager for the High Performance Analog Division of Skyworks Solutions, David Seed supports the Marketing, Promoting and Development of a diverse portfolio of Discrete PIN, Schottky, Varactor and Limiter Diodes, Passive and Integrated Diodes for many RF Applications.  These applications include WiFi connectivity, handset/tablet, Military, Automotive, Smart Energy, Wireless infrastructure, Test and Measurement, SATCOM and other wireless emerging markets. 

Prior to joining Skyworks in 1994, Dave worked in a variety of Product Marketing, Process Engineering roles at M/A-COM and Adams Russell.  He has over 27 years of experience in the RF & Microwave industry and strong understanding of Silicon Discrete devices, from wafer processing, packaging, marketing and selling to both high volume EOMs/ODMs and Military/Microwave applications.

Dave holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Lowell, in Massachusetts.

TriQuint – Grant Wilcox
Grant Wilcox is Product Marketing Manager for Defense, Aerospace and Foundry Products at TriQuint. Grant focuses on MMIC product development supporting electronic warfare, radar and communication markets using TriQuint’s high-performing gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium arsenide (GaAs) technologies. Grant joined TriQuint in 2000. He holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree from Mississippi State University. 

Wavelex - Guanghua (River) Huang
Guanghua (River) Huang has been working in RF and Microwave since he was a graduate student in the early 1980s. He was a professor in Fuzhou University for 5 years and taught RF and Microwave courses. After receiving his doctoral degree from University of Cincinnati in Millimeter wave and Photonics, he has worked as the R&D Team Lead in ADC Telecommunications, Broadband director & Scientist in HEI Inc. He is the owner or co-owner of WanTcom Inc, Infiniti Microwave Ltd, and Wavelex Ltd since year 2000. He specializes in RF and Microwave communications, particularly on amplifiers. He has a BSEE degree from Fuzhou University, MS degree from South East University, PR China, and PhD degree from University of Cincinnati, OH. He holds more than 30 patents.
