Waterproof Microwave Absorber
The type MAC-6200 waterproof lowband flexible microwave absorber covers the band from 3 to 12 GHz with an attenuation of 12 dB or better. The absorber features standard panel dimensions of 36" x 72" and good flexibility with tear-resistant durable outer surfaces. Typical thickness is less than 0.6". Weight: less than 0.5 lb per square foot.

Carbon-doped HBT Epiwafer
This high carbon-doped heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) epiwafer material grown by molecular beam epitaxy is designed for large volume commercial and defense applications. The high p-type doping (> 3.0 x 1019/cm3) epitaxy material provides unity activation with very little dopant diffusion. Initial results have demonstrated a DC gain greater than 100 and low hydrogen incorporation.
