Fastclock seriesRFMW Ltd. announces application and sales support for high frequency oscillators and VCXO’s to 1500 MHz. These quartz-based, differential and PECL oscillators are targeted to networking and storage applications where fast delivery (less than one week) and high performance are required.

For example, Sunny Electronics SPP-53VCXO from their FastClock™ series provides excellent phase noise (122dBc @ 10KHz)  and less than 1pSec phase jitter performance. The SPP-53 is offered in a standard 5x3.2mm package.

Additional package sizes, voltages, stability and input formats are available. FastClock™is a new, state-of-the-art, factory-configurable silicon technology from Sunny Electronics that allows for a wide choice of frequency, voltage and output combinations. Extremely short lead times are achievable for customer specific requirements.

Key features of the FastClock™ series:

  • HCMOS, LVPECL, or LVDS output
  • Frequency range of 10.000 MHz to 1500 MHz
  • 3.3 V or 2.5 V supply voltage
  • Frequency stability available to ±25 ppm
  • XO or VCXO function
  • 1 pSec phase jitter performance or better
  • Fast Delivery – 5-7 days
