RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2813, a 100 W GaN power amplifier targeted for RADAR applications from 3.1 to 3.6GHz. TriQuint’s TGA2813 offers 55% PAE supporting both short and long pulse operation with good thermal properties. Large signal gain is up to 22 dB. 30 V bias draws a quiescent current of 135 to 550 mA as TriQuint’s bias flexibility supports a variety of system requirements.

The TGA2813 is available as a 5.4 x 6.7 x 0.1mm DIE with blocking caps on both RF ports matched to 50 ohms making this TriQuint GaN PA ideal for commercial and military RADAR systems.
