RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s TGA2567-SM, an AlN packaged, 2 to 20 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). The TGA2567-SM provides 19 dBm P1 dB output power with 17 dB of small signal gain. Greater than 16 dB of adjustable gain can be achieved by varying Vg2. Typical mid-band noise figure is 2 dB while OIP3 is specified at 29 dBm.

The  TGA2567-SM requires 100 mA of current from a 5 V supply. Fabricated on TriQuint’s proven 0.15 um pHEMT production process, the TGA2567-SM is available in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package suited for both commercial and defense related applications.
