Model 30HM1G6AB-45 is a compact, wide-band, Class AB hybrid solid state power amplifier module that instantaneously covers 1 to 6 GHz.

It operates from a single DC voltage and provides 48 dB of typical gain with excellent gain flatness, noise figure and low intermodulation distortion. It is a 50 ohm, cascadable building block and can be used for both military and commercial applications.
