AR’s new hybrid power module (HPM) is a broadband Class A power amplifier, which operates from a single DC voltage with 42 dB small signal gain and excellent gain flatness, load tolerance, and harmonics. 

The HPM has a built-in over voltage protection and is also available in Class AB when efficiency and higher power is required.
