The National Quality Assurance (NQA) U.S.A., an accredited organization under the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board, has assessed and approved CTS Electronic Components, a division of CTS Corp., for ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Hopkinton, MA USA location. The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization:
- Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
- Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Certificate of Registration by NQA certifies that the Quality Management System of CTS Electronic Components in Hopkinton, Massachusetts USA fully complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. “NQA audits our Quality Management Systems annually with a full recertification every three years. We have renewed our certification to demonstrate our commitment to manufacturing the highest quality products,” says Matt Garvey, Quality Assurance Manager for Frequency Control Products at CTS Electronic Components.
