This part is designed for S-Band radar applications operating over the 3.1 to 3.5 GHz instantaneous frequency band. Gain at P3dB is >11 dB requiring half the power from a driver stage compared to some competitors. Linear gain is > 14 dB. The T1G6003028-FL uses a 28 V supply and only 200 mA of current.
