Mini-Circuits and Modelithics Inc. have agreed to collaborate in the development of high-accuracy EDA simulation models of Mini-Circuits’ surface-mount microwave precision fixed attenuators YAT and RCAT series. The high-frequency substrate-scalable models are currently in development and will be available later this quarter for FREE download from the Modelithics website: http://www.modelithics.com/mvp/Mini-Circuits/. The models will also be included in the Modelithics free SELECT PLUS version of its Library of advanced RF and MW simulation models.
