Tecdia's DC Power Boards are designed to offer engineers a drop in solution for supplying bias voltage and current to GaAs/GaN FET amplifiers. 

 

From a single positive input, Tecdia DC Power Boards offer regulated Gate and Drain voltages, sequencing protection and integrated TTL switching to simplify your amplifier projects.

 

 

Selection Guide

 

  •         TFP Series

o   Provide a regulated negative gate voltage and positive drain voltage with a single positive input.  Ideal for GaAs FETs the TFP series has a sequencing function so that the gate voltage output is always before the drain

  •         TFS Series

o   Has the same functions as the TFP series plus an added on/off switch to control the positive drain voltage output by applying an optional external TTL signal

  •          TFV Series

o   Has the same functions as the TFP series, with a second negative gate voltage output terminal which can be mechanically adjusted from -5 to 0 using the on board potentiometer

  •          TMF Series

o   Has the same basic functions as the TFP series, but uses a MOSFET for high current  output up to 20A

  •          TMS Series

o   These boards have the same functions of the TMF series, plus an added on/off switch to control the positive drain voltage output by applying an optional external TTL signal

  •          SFP Series

o   This series has a regulated negative gate voltage and a pass thru for positive drain voltage.  It also shares sequencing functions similar to the TFP series

  •          T3M Series

o   This simple design only outputs a regulated negative gate voltage from positive input voltage and has no sequencing control or drain output

  •          TGS Series

o   Targeted at the GaN market, this model has the same functions as the TFS series but is designed to provide high output voltages  of +24V to +50V.
