Renaissance has designed a high power circulator for military radio transceiver application. Covering 1025 to 1095 MHz, this circulator has just 0.25 dB of insertion loss over -55 to +85 C while handling 1300 W peak at 1% duty cycle. The phase is maintained to be ± 10° with respect to a golden standard.
