The HA7062A is a fully integrated phase noise analyzer. It utilizes the same core engine from our model HA7402A along with a pair of HSM6001A HSM Series RF synthesizers. The stability of the agile synthesizers operating as LO sources for the high speed, cross correlation core enables an extremely reliable phase noise analyzer with, ultra fast data acquisition speeds.
External LO Mode is available for using external fixed frequency LOs to achieve even fast measurements and lower noise floors. Finally, for 10MHz and 100MHz DUTs, LO Bypass mode automatically makes use of the systems internal references to provide the same benefits as using fixed frequency external LOs.
