Model BPM-1G2G-1-SFF is a bi-phase modulator designed to operate over the 1.0 to 2.0 GHz frequency range.  This model can handle RF input signal levels up to -3 dBm and has an insertion loss of 8.8 dB maximum.

The amplitude balance is 0.25 dB typical and the phase balance is ±2° typical.  The typical carrier suppression is 30 dBc and the switching speed is 5 nsec. This modulator only requires +5 VDC and 25 mA of current for operation.  The package size is 2.0" x 1.0" x 0.5".
