SP9T Solid State Switch

American Microwave Corp. introduces an operating L-Band, SP9T solid state switch that offers 1.6dB insertion loss, >45 dB isolation, better than 1.5:1 VSWR, TTL control and handles up to 100 W CW.

This part features a dual directional coupler on the input and each of the 9 outputs has a coupled port (26 dB).

This custom part is an example of a new family of high power solid state switches.
