Richardson RFPD will host a standalone website, www.richardsonrfpd.com, to provide electronic design engineers and buyers with improved access and streamlined navigation to the latest new products from the industry’s leading suppliers of RF, Wireless and Energy technologies. Website visitors connecting to the old, shared rell.com website will now see a link to the new richardsonrfpd.com site.
“Over the past year, we have focused on building recognition of our new company name and brand to further enhance the promotion of our suppliers’ products and solutions,” explains Greg Peloquin, president of Richardson RFPD. “Moving to a new domain name is the latest step in building our brand identity, and ultimately, makes it easier for customers to navigate our website to provide more focus on the products and applications that matter most to our RF, Wireless and Energy customers.”
While the domain name change will improve brand recognition for Richardson RFPD, it will not change the look, functionality or Engineer-Focused Navigation™ of richardsonrfpd.com. To assist with the transition, the previous website addresses are automatically redirecting users to the existing pages on the new domain for a period of 6 months. Current users of richardsonrfpd.com will want to update any links, bookmarks and shortcuts they may have to the new domain address.
To maintain consistency, Richardson RFPD email addresses also reflect this domain change. Employee and corporate contact emails now end in @richardsonrfpd.com. Emails sent to the old addresses will continue to be forwarded for a limited time.
