Crystek introduces new 2800 to 3075 MHz VCO

March 26, 2012

Crystek's CVCO55CC-2800-3075 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2800 to 3075 MHz with a control voltage range of 1 to 15 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -104 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-2800-3075 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5' x 0.5' SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 4 MHz and 2 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.

The CVCO55CC-2800-3075 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
