Laser Services expands staff in response to recent growth
Laser Services Inc. has announced the hiring of several new team members in response to over a 15 percent growth in 2011.
In the sales department, Phil Kendall has joined Laser Services as a sales representative bringing 20 years of sales, product, and operations management experience in the medical device and technical ceramics markets. Kendall’s experience and deep technical knowledge will have him focused on OEM and component manufacturing accounts. Jamese Rivera, sales representative comes to Laser Services with over 10 years of customer service experience in various manufacturing environments. Rivera will be focusing on Laser Services’ institutional customers. He is also fluent in Spanish. Susan Sullivan has joined their administrative staff in the role of human resources representative and purchasing coordinator. With many years of experience in benefits, payroll and training, she will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and communication of all company policies and procedures; employee relation issues and other related projects. Included in this role, Sullivan will be the primary purchaser for ceramic materials, metals and other inventoried materials, as well as customer specific inventory for just-in-time deliveries.
Rounding out the new hires is Decio Ferreria in the Marking Department, Jose Colon in Administration and Reception, and Jonah Morton in the Processing Department. 2 Co-op students from Greater Lowell Technical High School, Iziah Martinez and Michael Chhun, are also onboard as active members of the Laser Services team.
