ANADIGICS Inc. announced that the company is shipping production volumes of its ALT6705, AWT6621 and AWT6624 fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Low-Power (HELP4™) power amplifiers (PA) and AWC6323 dual-band third generation High-Efficiency-at-Lower-Power (HELP3E™) PAs to Samsung Electronics for Samsung Galaxy Note. The AWT6621 powers the Galaxy Note I9228 (TD-SCDMA) and the AWC6323 powers the Galaxy Note I889 (CDMA), both available in the China market. The ALT6705, AWT6621 and AWT6624 power the Galaxy Note SHV-E160L available in Korea.
