Virginia Diodes (VDI) and Modelithics have partnered to provide nonlinear models of VDI’s W band single anode and W band ZBD Schottky diodes. Extensive model information data sheets demonstrate linear and nonlinear model validations against measured data taken from DC through 125 GHz.
