PMI introduces solid-state SPDT switch

Planar Monolithics Industries Inc.'s (PMI) Model P2T-1G18G-10-R-528-SFF-HIP10W is a 1.0 to 18.0 GHz, solid-state SPDT switch that can handle up to 10 WCW of input power for all operating conditions. This switch provides ultra-fast switching speeds of 40 sec, 25 dB of isolation and 3.0 dB of insertion loss typically. The DC current consumption is around 2.5 mA at +5 VDC and 2.5 mA at -28 VDC. The unit is offered in the company's compact housing that measures only 1.2" x 1.0" x 0.5".
