This drop-in replacement product family is designed for 50 V MRF150/151 and 28 V MRF141 type VDMOS general-purpose RF products. Zero Bias Detector Diodes

Multichannel RF Transceiver

The model CC1021 multichannel RF transceiver is a cost-optimized version of the CC1020 and operates in the 402 to 470 MHz and 804 to 940 MHz frequency ranges. SPDT Switches

The model HMC349LP4C and model HMC349MS8G are single pole double throw (SPDT) MMIC switches that are well suited to a broad range of applications including base station infrastructure, MMDS, WLL, CATV/ broadband and test equipment. Field Effect Transistor

Radio Transceiver

The model BiM2 is a half duplex radio transceiver module that utilizes surface acoustic wave technology. Diode Detector

Low Pass Filter

This thick film drop-in low pass filter is planar, surface-mountable and completely integral. This filter is compact and designed to be used as a drop-in component by RF/microwave design engineers. Bandpass Filter

The model 5KCB20-310/U180 is a low cost bandpass filter that can be manufactured at high volumes with good repeatable performance. Specifications include amplitude matching in pairs within 0.25 dB over 225 to 400 MHz. Center frequency is 310 MHz with a 1 dB bandwidth of 180 MHz minimum. Switch Filter Bank

The model 2SFB-2016/2436-MP is a two-channel high isolation switch filter bank. This unit features 80 dB stop bands on both channels. Insertion loss is specified as 6.5 dB across the passbands with 2.0 as a standard VSWR. The switch filter bank utilizes a +5 V power supply with < 50 mA current draw. Low Pass Filters

Fixed Attenuator Pads

These fixed attenuator pads feature an innovative GroundWrap design that eliminates the need for separate ground bonding. Linear 2 W Amplifier

The model SM1925-33 is an amplifier that is designed to meet the needs of low cost service providers working in the PCS, IMT2000, UMTS, ISM and WCS markets. Transimpedance Amplifier

The model TGA4817 is a 10 Gb/s transimpedance amplifier. Its circuitry uses a proprietary design technique to simultaneously achieve good sensitivity and optical overload performance. Omni-directional Antenna

This 3 dBi omni-directional antenna can replace the standard rubber ducky or whip antenna on a wireless telephone terminal or data services.
