Ku-Band Miniature Waveguide LNA
MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition to its extensive line of very low noise waveguide LNAs. The AMFW-3F-12201270-10-15P is a half-height WR-75 integrated LNA designed for harsh environmental and extreme temperature conditions. In addition, it is designed to be extremely small, lightweight and for low power dissipation, ideal for airborne and portable applications.
This model offers a noise figure of 1.1 dB maximum at +70°C ambient, 0.9 dB maximum at room temperature and 0.8 dB typical at 12.2 to 12.7 GHz. At -55°C, noise figure is 0.65 dB typical. The AMFW-3F-12201270-10-15P has a gain of 23 dB ±3 dB over the entire operating temperature range, port match of 1.5:1 maximum VSWR.
Maximum current draw is less than 100 mA from a single 12V supply. Typical P1dB is +14 dBm and output IP3 is typically +25 dBm. Complete LNA weighs less than 30 grams. This model is also offered in tight gain/phase-matched pairs or lots.
