Even Harmonic Mixer Model SBE1040LW1
MITEQ’s new Even Harmonic Mixer is now available for radar, communication and related test system applications.
The Model SBE1040LW1 covers from 10 to 40 GHz on the RF input and only requires 5 to 20 GHz for the LO, with an output IF of DC to 4 GHz. The even harmonic nature of this mixer reduces the need for high frequency LO sources.
This model operates over a -54 to +85° C temperature range, and is ideal for rugged military systems applications.
