This line of amplifiers features ultra-high linearity performance with exceptional “headroom” between the P1dB PT and Output IP3 of +16 dBm minimum (ICP3 at +42 dBm typical), going above and beyond the standard 10 dB separation as is normally seen. Designs cover 0.5 to 2.0 GHz, 2.0 to 4.0 GHz and 4.0 to 8.0 GHz with gain levels at 35 to 40 dB minimum and noise figures typically below 2.0 dB.
