Broadband Airborne IFF SPDT Switch
MITEQ, Inc. introduces a new wideband, high power SPDT switch that exhibits optimum performance across the IFF band (1015-1105 MHz). The HPSW2-006016RN5NNF model measured loss is 0.33 dB and the VSWR is 1.07:1 across the IF band and degrades somewhat across the 600-1600 MHz range of operation.
This switch operates over a –55° to +91° temperature range and at 70,000 feet altitude. This model was designed and tested at 3.5 kW, 35 microsecond pulse width, 1.6% DF at high altitude and into a sliding 3:1 load.
