AgilentN52-100Agilent's PNA-X microwave network analyzer family provides the world's widest range of measurement applications for amplifiers, mixers/converters, or antennas, with a single connection. Measurement applications include noise figure, gain compression, intermodulation distortion (IMD), the award-winning nonlinear application, and more. And now you can choose from four frequency models to meet your specific device test needs: 13.5, 26.5, 43.5, or 50 GHz.

Key advantages:
• Reduces equipment count by 50 percent and increases throughput by 400 percent
• Reduces the number of test stations by as much as 75 percent
• Improves quality with a unique single-contact solution for on-wafer tests

Accurate nonlinear simulation and design
Engineers working up to 50 GHz can now benefit from the PNA-X nonlinear application (NVNA). NVNA provides the highest level of insight into designing nonlinear components by measuring X-parameters, the new "S-parameters" for nonlinear measurements.
