Low Noise 0.1 to 26.5 GHz Amplifier
MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition to its family of LNAs. The AFS4-00102650-35-10P-4 is very low noise, lightweight and has a small profile and footprint. The Kovar housing is a hermetically sealed package. This unit has a low noise figure of 3.5 dB.
Input and output port VSWR is a maximum of 2.5:1. Small-signal gain is 28 dB minimum and flatness is +/- 2.5 dB maximum. Power is P1dB +10 dBm minimum. The AFS4-00102650-35-10P-4 comes with various options such as bandwidths, croygenic models, input limiter, input/output DC block, bias thru output and MITEQ 883 screening.
Operating temperature is at –54 to +85°C case. RoHS compliant.
