The HMC-C060 is a D-Type Flip Flop connectorized module which serves as an alternate to Inphi's 50700DF, while supporting data transmission/clock rates up to 43 Gbps/43 GHz.
The HMC-C061 is a double edge triggered D-Type Flip Flop connectorized module which serves as an alternate to Inphi's 50705DT.
The HMC-C064 is a XOR/XNOR connectorized module which serves as an alternate to Inphi's 50711XR.
The HMC-C065 connectorized module may be configured to provide AND, NAND, OR or NOR logic functions while serving as an alternate to Inphi's 50713OR.
The HMC-C061, The HMC-C064 and the HMC-C065 support data transmission rates up to 50 Gbps, with a maximum clock rate of 25 GHz. The HMC-C060, HMC-C061, HMC-C064 and the HMC-C065 exhibit propagation delays of less than 230 ps with only 2 ps of deterministic jitter and rise/fall times of less than 10 ps.
These miniature hermetically sealed modules feature 1.85 mm connectors, operate from -40°C to +70°C, and consume between 560 and 690 mW from a -3.3V DC supply.
