The HMC667LP2E GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier which is rated from 2.3 to 2.7 GHz, delivering 19 dB gain, +29 dBm output IP3, and 0.75 dB noise figure.
The HMC604LP3E is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier with an integrated bypass path. The HMC604LP3E is rated from 4.8 to 6 GHz and delivers 15 dB gain, +26 dBm output IP3, and 1.5 dB noise figure in LNA mode.
