Hittite has introduced a line of Velocium GaAs MMIC mixer modules which cover a broad frequency range from 19 to 90 GHz. The HMC-MDB172 and the HMC-MDB171 are passive monolithic GaAs MMIC I/Q mixers operating from 19 to 33 GHz and from 35 to 45 GHz respectively.

Operating from 55 to 64 GHz, the HMC-MDB218 is a passive sub-harmonically pumped (x2) GaAs MMIC mixer, while the HMC-MDB207 is a passive monolithic GaAs MMIC I/Q mixer which features a wide IF bandwidth of DC to 3 GHz.

The HMC-MDB169 is a passive 54 to 64 GHz double balanced MMIC mixer while the HMC-MDB277 is a passive 70 to 90 GHz double balanced MMIC mixer.

Ideal for integration into microstrip, multi-chip modules and hybrid circuits, these die products are available from stock and can be ordered via the company's e-commerce site or via direct purchase order.
