Ideal for EW and ELINT receivers, DF radar, IFM systems and missile-guidance applications, the HMC613LC4B is a Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) which operates from 0.1 to 20 GHz, and provides a typical logging range of 62 dB.

Capable of processing high-level signals up to +3 dBm, the HMC613LC4B provides excellent amplitude characteristics with frequency flatness of ±2 dB and logarithmic linearity of better than ±1 dB.

Designed to handle fast pulsed waveforms, the HMC613LC4B provides typical fast rise/fall times of 4/18 ns and a recovery time of 26 ns.

Also ideal for high speed channelized receiver applications, the HMC613LC4B operates from -40 to +85ºC and is housed in a highly compact 4x4 mm SMT ceramic package.
