Designed with Aeroflex-Metelics’ proven Darlington feedback amplifier design approach, the MMA707-3030 InGaP HBT transistor provides high performance to 2.2 GHz. The MMA707-3030 delivers up to 12 dB gain, a P-1dB of + 31 dBm, and an OIP3 of +50 dBm over 100 MHz bandwidths up to 2.4 GHz. This device is suitable for driver and output stages in various telecom infrastructure requirements. The key feature is its linearity, allowing for minimum of 95 dB of spur free, dynamic range (SFDR). The device is characterized for 5 & 7 Volts. It is available in a 3x3 mm QFN style outline or a standard SOIC8 outline. www.aeroflex-metelics.com
