The model TDCS-4T-10F-HP is an integrated threshold detector, 17 dB coupler and SPDT PIN diode switch. This device operates from 9 to 10.5 GHz (other frequency ranges are also available), with an insertion loss of 2 dB maximum, VSWR of 1.5 maximum, 2 W average RF input power handling capability and TTL threshold output.
The TDCS-4T-10F-HP is designed to operate in harsh environments with stability over temperature and frequency. Size: 1.5" × 1.2" × 0.40".
