SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 28, 2011 – Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it will demonstrate its latest software-defined radio test technologies and tools at theWireless Innovation Forum, Nov. 29- Dec. 2 at the Hyatt Regency ( Booth 7) in Crystal City, Md.

Custom Waveform Generation and Analysis
Agilent will demonstrate complete waveform generation and analysis with the combination of SystemVue for simulation, MXG vector signal generator for playback and the PXA signal analyzer with the 89600 VSA software for analysis of waveforms (including MIMO, custom OFDM, 802.11ac, SOQPSK and CPM).

Wideband Instruments for Digital Predistortion
The company will also show that, with digital predistortion on PXI-based wideband instruments, power amplifiers can be driven at their higher drive levels while limiting the signal peak-to-average power ratios. This allows higher-quality signals for next-generation communications systems.
