El Segundo, CA, November 4, 2010 - AWR® Corporation, the innovation leader in high-frequency EDA, announced today that it has launched a Hebrew microsite on its corporate website to help RF/microwave engineers in Israel find company- and product-related information pertinent to AWR. The microsite also contains technical papers, white papers and industry news, events and resources in general as well as contact details for AWR’s local sales support provider RDT Equipment and Systems Ltd.

AWR will also hold its "High-Frequency Design Success" Seminar at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv on November 21, 2010. This one-day seminar focuses on tools and methodologies for improving user-productivity and streamlining the workflow for today's RF/microwave designs.

"Demand for AWR’s RF/microwave software in Israel has been steadily increasing over the years,” said Chris Paris, Director of European Operations, AWR. “We view expanding our sales, support and marketing activities in the region as vital to our long term success.”

Additionally, AWR is now a Gold Sponsor of the upcoming 2011 IEEE Conference on Microwaves, Communications, Antennas and Electronic Systems (COMCAS) conference to be held November 7-9, 2011 at the David Intercontinental Hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel.

“Launching the Hebrew microsite, holding technical seminars and growing our community involvement are a few of the immediate activities we are pursuing that positively expand our presence in Israel." said Antti Lautanen, Marketing Manager, AWR.
